Estimating
With over a quarter century of experience in estimating, our knowledgeable sales representatives
will offer competitive and fair pricing, while working with you to keep costs down. We will
schedule a time onsite, which is convenient for you, and understand what your corporate move
will consist of. We will ask all of the questions up front, so you will not be surprised with
any hidden costs come move day.
Planning
Planning is key to a successful move. Our trained project managers will customize a moving plan

Packing and Crating
Good packing ensures the safety of your belongings, the efficiency and affordability of the move,
and the ease of getting settled in your new location. Our packers are trained in the latest
packing techniques and thoroughly tested before they are assigned to your job. They will properly
mark and tag everything to make sure it is placed in the proper location.
Moving Day
When moving day arrives, we will handle everything- with the least possible disruption to your
routine. We choose a time that works for you, even if it's an evening or weekend. Using
state-of-the-art equipment and lots of tender loving care, we can easily handle any challenge,
from the biggest crates to the most fragile equipment. Our "lockable computer cart," for example,
works like a bookcase on wheels so we can move files, libraries, and PCs as they are, eliminating
the risk and expense of packing and unpacking these awkward items.
Modern Fleet
We use clean, well-maintained, late-model trucks to make sure you get to your destination on time.
Our fleet includes both small bobtail trucks and large tractor-trailers, to accommodate any size
move. Each truck is equipped with air-ride suspension to cushion your freight, hydraulic rail
gates to ensure the safety of your fragile equipment during loading and unloading, and multiple
access doors to cut down on loading time.
