Rose Walker, Customer Service Advocate
Rose joined Moving Solutions in 2004 as our Receptionist and has provided a dministrative s upport for the Sales, Accounting and Operations Departments. Rose began working as our Customer Service Representative in October 2007 and has proven to be successful in handling of all types of customer requests and issues. Rose can manage all of our customers' transportation and logistics needs with professionalism and a smile.
Roy Barnes, Office Manager
Roy joined Moving Solutions in 2004 to control shipping services involving personal property,
warehouse inspections, storage and claim liability for loss and damage. With his increased
ability and dedication, he immediately became our Assistant Business Manager. In this role,
he is responsible for many special projects and roles. He has proven the ability to generate
fresh ideas and creative solutions to difficult problems. His excels in the areas of program
planning, administration, operations and multi-tasking. Roy has an intense desire to do an
outstanding job in anything which he undertakes.
Luis Huerta, Dispatch Operations
Luis has been an employee at Moving Solutions for six years. Working his way up from helper
to driver to supervisor and now to dispatcher. Luis is a critical member of the Moving Solutions
Team and an added benefit to our customers with his great attention to detail. He understands
the day-to-day operations and always makes sure the crews are prepared and equipped when arriving
onsite.
Jeff Nyerges, IT Specialist
Jeff joined Moving Solutions in May 2007. His well-rounded background has proven to be invaluable for our customers and MS employees. In addition to providing internal IT support, Jeff also manages our customers' IT disconnect and reconnect projects. He is experienced in server room planning and relocations as well as all aspects of cabling. His flexibility and 24/7 availability make him a true IT Specialist.
